How to access JetNet AA

Only active American Airlines team members are permitted to access Jetnet at Envoy active employees should log in at, Piedmont active employees at, and PSA active employees at American Airlines and US Airways retirees can access their account at, while retirees of Envoy, Piedmont, and PSA should go to

To log in to your account, you must first be an AAdvantage member, which can be achieved in a few ways:

  • If you have an AAdvantage credit card, you may already have an AAdvantage number set up.
  • You can create an account online and choose a username and password for login at
  • If you cannot recall your AAdvantage number, you can retrieve it at the login page by clicking “Need AAdvantage number?”.

If you cannot remember the password you selected when creating your account, you can request it at the login page by clicking “Need password?”.

Wi-Fi is available on most routes for as little as $10 with the Pay as you fly option. Alternatively, if you fly often, you can join the American Airlines Wi-Fi Subscription Plan for $49.95 for a monthly plan or $59.95 for a 2-device monthly plan. To purchase this plan, you must be an AAdvantage member and have an email address and credit card with a U.S. billing address saved in your AAdvantage account.

Your monthly Wi-Fi subscription will be valid on most domestic flights operating between airports within the United States or between the U.S. and Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, or Central America, where network coverage is available. Please note that Panasonic international Wi-Fi services are not included in the American Airlines Wi-Fi Subscription Plan. Additionally, accessing during the flight is always free.

Phones and electronic devices

You are permitted to use your cell phone, laptop, and other electronic devices during the flight until instructed otherwise by the flight crew. However, making phone calls is prohibited during the flight.

When the plane is taxiing, taking off, or landing, please remember to:

  • Place small devices in airplane mode and either hold them or put them under your seat.
  • Turn off and store laptops, virtual reality headsets, and other large items since they cannot be held during these phases.
